Well, I’ve been a Chief Stew for decades!! And I literally wrote the book about it. I also write a monthly column for The Triton magazine, and I worked with the Professional Yachting Association and the GUEST (Guidelines for Unified Excellence in Service Training) program to create the standards of training.

I created the interior department curriculum for Maritime Professional Training in Fort Lauderdale and taught hundreds of courses in the classroom. I also trained stews onboard yachts in the United States, the Caribbean, Norway, France, Spain, Italy, and Turkey. I know the biggest challenges and frustrations stews like you face every day, and I have the answers to your most frequently asked questions.

I used to joke and say that my goal was to be “The Oldest Living Stewardess”, but let’s face it: I’m tired, and my back hurts.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love yachting. But what I love even more is helping you learn things that will let YOU love yachting.
