LIVING LA VIDA LUXURY: THE PLACE TO BE IN ST BARTHS.

Inspired by Sandra the Yacht Purser

Saint Barthelemy - commonly referred to as St Barts, St Barths, or Saint Barth, is a French-speaking Caribbean island known for its historical attractions, white-sand beaches, designer shops, and surreal party scene. This small volcanic island is arguably the ultimate winter escape for the rich and famous.

Here's what you won't want to miss:

Let's Kiki at Nikki Beach

On the majestic beach of Saint-Jean, you'll find Nikki Beach nestled in sophistication and excitement. Saint Barth's elegantly and stylishly fashionable barefoot print in the sand, with an oceanfront dining experience and warm Caribbean breezes.

Nikki's was established in 2002, with all-white, silken sun-beds, the location drips of simplistic luxury, chic drapery. The iconic teepees as a trademark throughout. The famous beach club has become the playground of choice for the world's most well-known celebrities.

Whoever said you couldn't have FUN with FOOD?

For epicureans, a table at Sand Bar at Eden Rock St. Barths is the culinary heart of the hotel and its unique setting represents St Barths' character and its laid-back beach style. Setting the tone in the new colonial style atmosphere DJ and music playlists capture and evoke Eden Rock’s island vibes.

The Mastermind behind it all: Jean-Georges Vongerichten

Jean-Georges Vongerichten is one of the world's most renowned master chefs. His skillset reaches far beyond the kitchen. He is a savvy businessman and also responsible for the operation and thriving success of 39 restaurants worldwide.

How Maya’s Came to be:

Born in Martinique was a stunning woman called Maya, she grew up in Guadeloupe and went to school in France.

Born in Pennsylvania was a boy called Randy. He grew up in Massachusetts. They met in St Barth's in the mid 70's and lived on a sailboat for 8 years before moving ashore. Maya's Restaurant opened in the late fall of 1984.

Maya's concept since the beginning was to change the menu daily, use the freshest products available and to keep things simple and clean.
