"I have been a booking agent for DYT for over 16 years. I do a little bit of everything; sales, voyage preparation, customs filing, liaise with agents in port, and updating clients from the moment they are booked until they have reached their final destination. The diversity of my job is what I like most because I am involved with every step of the process. My favorite thing to do in my spare time is reading a good book and taking walks. It allows me to relax and regain energy for the next day.
